I called Saturday morning, he answered the phone and told me that he needed to check on somethings and would call me back with a time he would be here (so we didn't have to wait around on him until he was able to get here). I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and pricing I received from Jim. Unlike a lot of other plumbers I called when my hot water heater died last night he was very prompt and actually did a lot of the work himself. He was the very definition of under-promise and over-deliver. When he was on his way to pick up the new tank, he sent a second crew to the house to begin the job. They had to do a few updates to bring everything up to code and had the whole job completed in under 2 hours. He took the time to explain things thoroughly once everything was completed and when working on the quote, he took me step by step through what was needed and why.
